  • 2 jowar and flour roti with mixed veg dal and curd OR
  • 2 bajra and chana flour chillas with vegetables, pulses and curd OR

Early dinner

Bedtime

  • Milk with turmeric OR
  • Milk with cinnamon OR
  • Milk with ginger powder
