1.Sizzling soups: The idea of a sizzling soup is completely fascinating and when the occasion is as special as Christmas, it becomes imperative to make it lively. So here are 2 ways in which you can make your soups sizzle — either by making boiled barley (also known as jav) or durum wheat based noodles or edamame spaghetti or multi millet pasta.
These can be boiled and added to vegetable soup. In order to make it protein rich, add some boiled beans or boiled soya mini chunks. To make it weight loss frienly, you may prefer low fat paneer starter or chicken starter with this soup. If you have been advised a diabetic diet, prefer adding eating stir fried salads including eggs to make this christmas meal wholesome as well as appetising.
2.Sizzling salads: To make things sizzle, one only needs a good sizzling plate.
